From Waste to Worth, Powered by Precision
Building a Reliable and Efficient Recycled Materials Supply Chain
Yung Iee Green Materials processes over 4,500 tons of post-consumer plastic containers (PCR) every month, covering key recycled materials such as PET, PE, PP, and PS.
With transparent and fully traceable sourcing, advanced smart equipment, optical sorting, and automated process controls, waste plastics are transformed into high-quality recycled materials.
From bottle collection and label removal to washing, drying, multi-stage contamination removal, and optical inspection, each step ensures the purity, stability, and consistency of recycled materials.
Our products are certified under GRS, ISO, and other global recycling standards, supporting our role as a trusted supplier in the sustainable materials supply chain.
Yung Iee provides rPET, rPE, rPP, and rPS in various grades and applications, serving food packaging, household goods, textiles, industrial materials, and more.
Through high-stability processing and scalable production, we help brands achieve ESG and carbon-reduction goals while advancing circular-economy development.

01
Bale Receiving & Unpacking
Each batch of bottle bales is weighed, recorded in the system, unpacked, and sent to the production line for processing.
02
Pre-Wash in Chemical Tank
Bottles enter the pre-wash tank, where they are thoroughly cleaned to remove labels and surface residues.
Metal and non-metal contaminants are separated using eddy-current systems, followed by manual inspection to ensure final quality.

03
Label Removal & Bottle Grinding
Labels are removed using hot water and mechanical agitation, followed by air separation to eliminate residual glue and contaminants.
The cleaned bottles then enter the grinder, where they are uniformly cut into flakes.
04
Flake Production Completed
After flotation and rinsing, the cleaned plastic is processed into recycled flakes.
These flakes can be used directly as final products based on customer needs or further pelletized, with applications across textiles, packaging, and plastic processing industries.

05
Melting & Filtration
The heated plastic flakes are melted into a fluid state and passed through filtration screens to remove contaminants and impurities.
06
Cooling & Stabilization
The extruded plastic strands enter a cooling water tank to reduce temperature and set their shape. Controlled cooling ensures the strands remain stable, allowing smooth downstream pelletizing.

07
Pelletizing & Final Processing
The cooled plastic strands are cut into uniform recycled pellets (such as rPET, rPE, rPP, and rPS). After screening, weighing, and packaging, the pellets are ready for shipment or storage based on customer requirements.
